Many factors separate All Saints from other event facilities, especially our professional, year-round staff, and our two beautiful campuses. Events hosted at All Saints are all-inclusive to allow guests time to relax and truly enjoy the spectacular setting.  Please see our list of Services & Amenities below.

Services & Amenities

  • Professional staff assigned to your event including: (a) Guest Services personnel to coordinate meeting rooms, socials, services and additional facility needs; (b) Reservations associates to coordinate lodging and participant counts for meal preparation; and (c) Front desk, housekeeping, food service, maintenance and administration professionals to ensure excellent hospitality;
  • Comfortable accommodations;
  • Three (3) freshly prepared meals served daily (optional menu upgrades available);
  • 24-hour coffee and tea service;
  • Use of meeting rooms set to your specifications;
  • AV equipment and office support (see listed items below);
  • Wireless internet access across our Hilltop Campus;
  • Use of our 160 acre facility, including the scenic Rough River Lake;
  • Use of recreational facilities (hiking/walking trails, basketball pavilion, canoes, kayaks, swimming pool, bonfire pit, hayrides, table tennis, and volleyball court);
  • Dozens of quiet spaces and places to sit/visit/pray scattered around the campus

Audio/Visual Equipment

The following audio/visual equipment is available in limited quantities. Please request these items in advance to ensure their availability.

  • TV with VCP/DVD player
  • LCD projector/screen
  • Sound systems
  • Easel with newsprint and markers
  • Large dry erase board with markers

Office Support

All Saints’ office capabilities include copying (color and black-and-white) for a nominal fee, and complimentary incoming/outgoing facsimiles. Other services are also available for an additional charge.
